Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern how you use becamefrancisco.garden and the services offered through it by Becamefrancisco Tree Service. When you browse the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template, not legal advice.

What Becamefrancisco Tree Service Does

Becamefrancisco Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement you reach with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you are connected with are independent companies. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@becamefrancisco.garden.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this website belong to Becamefrancisco Tree Service or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Becamefrancisco Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from an agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the revised terms.
